Work Experience
Harri Hämäläinen has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and of which some 10 years has been in executive search. Harri has led Profos since the start of 2004, focusing on management consulting in addition to executive search. Prior his current role, he worked with another company as an executive search consultant.

During his career, Harri has held management positions in various business sectors including business law, information security consulting, and residential investments, as well as working in human resources and communications with a telecoms operator. Harri has served on the Board of several organizations.

Work Experience
Pirjo Pimiä has worked in executive search positions for 15 years. Prior to joining Profos Executive Search as a partner, she ran her own executive search firm for 8 years. Her previous work experience includes time with two executive search companies, where she worked both as an executive search consultant and as a research consultant.

Pirjo has held management positions with international companies. She spent 12 years at Volvo Construction Equipment in Sweden, a manufacturer of construction and forestry equipment, and 8 years with the American medical supplies company Johnson & Johnson.
